• The prices quoted are per unit and night for a standard occupancy of 2 persons and a minimum stay of 4 nights.
• There is a surcharge of  € 40.00 per night for each additional person. For single use of a room with standard occupancy of 2 persons, the price remains the same.
• The local tax is not included in the price and is charged separately per person and night (from 14 years).
• For stays of 4 days or more, final cleaning is included in the price. For stays of less than 4 days, a one-off surcharge of  € 30.00 will be charged for the final cleaning.

Deposit
Your reservation is binding upon receipt of your written reservation and payment of a deposit of 25% of the price of the overnight stay. The deposit is paid by bank transfer.

Bill payment options
On the day before departure your bill can be paid in cash, by card, cheque or in advance by bank transfer.

Cancellation conditions
In accordance with the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of cancellation, but we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

• Up to 30 days before arrival: retention of the deposit
• For cancellations from 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total price is due
• In the event of late arrival, early departure or no-show, the agreed daily price will be charged.

Arrival
Check-in: from 14:00 on the day of arrival
Check-out by 10:00 on the day of departure

Pets
Your four-legged friend can also join you on holiday in Dobbiaco upon request. We charge € 20,00 per day and pet.

Non-smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the entire house. We kindly ask you to use the outside areas.
